Welcome to the Astral Lounge, your calm, inclusive beauty space tucked away in the heart of Buxton, Derbyshire.

You will find us at 29c High Street, Buxton, SK17 6HA, right between Lounge 41 hairdressers and corner cupboard. Look out for the light green door - head through it, go up the first flight of stairs, then continue up to the third floor where you will find your peaceful salon space waiting for you.

About Us

A space reimagined.

Formerly known as CB nails and beauty buxton, which was was made by Chloe in 2017. But as Chloe evolved personally and professionally, so did the vision for the salon. In late 2024, The Astral Lounge was born - a rebrand rooted in community, calm and creativity.

The name change also opened the door for other, talented women to join the space and help build something bigger - a brand that celebrated individuality, calm and connection.

Why we exist?

As someone with ADHD, Chloe knew first hand how overwhelming & overstimulating some salon environments can be - even after years in the industry. So she created a space that felt different.

The Astral Lounge is built on one simple idea:

You should never feel uncomfortable when treating yourself.

Whether you're coming in for nails, a tattoo or a piercing, these are your moments. We’ve made it our mission to strip back the noise- there’s no waiting around, no noisy background chatter, no conveyor-belt feeling. Just focused, personal service in a quiet and welcoming environment.
