To ensure the best service for everyone, we have a few simple policies in place. These guidelines help us maintain a smooth, welcoming atmosphere and allow us to focus on delivering exceptional treatments, service and care at the Astral Lounge Buxton.

By respecting these policies, you’re helping us deliver the best experience for all our clients, as well as our team.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    This will be deducted from your final payment.

    Payments may be made in card, cash, or gift voucher.

  • We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow us to offer the time to other clients.

    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice of your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the length of your appointment or result in rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service.

  • Missed appointments will result in the deposit being retained.

    Clients who no-show must pay in full upfront when rebooking.

    Repeat no-shows may be refused future bookings.
